Description
No. 89B on Kings Avenue is a mid-19th century detached coach house that stands two storeys tall. It features two windows and has a projecting one-storey carriage section with a glass roof. The building is topped with a pyramidal slated roof and is constructed from yellow stock brick, part of which is whitewashed. The windows are sash style and include glazing bars.
