Description
121 Park Hill is a mid-19th century villa situated on a prominent corner plot. It is two storeys high with a basement, and originally had three windows at the front. The exterior is stuccoed, with incised lines and angle pilasters supporting a frieze. The roof is slate-covered, with a moderate pitch, eaves soffit and pedimented stuccoed end chimneys. The sash windows have moulded architraves and detached cornices, with blind cases. A half-glazed door is set within a prostyle porch featuring square columns, the sides of which have now been filled. The rear elevation originally displayed three full-height bays, rounded to the left, square in the centre (with subsequent alteration), and canted to the right.
