  2. Mid C19 villa of 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stock brick with stucco frieze, cornice and blocking course, and basement. The side windows are in full height segmental bows: and narrow central bay is recessed. Sash windows with glazing bars (those in side bays curved) in moulded architraves, those on ground floor with cornices. 6 modern steps to door of 2 long panels, with rectangular fanlight, in square stuccoed porch with pilasters.
