Description

This is a circa 1800 house of three storeys and three windows, with later alterations. It is constructed of stock brick with a stone-coped parapet. The windows have been replaced with sash windows, although one original sash window with glazing bars remains. The reveals are lined with stucco, and the window arches are formed with gauged flat bricks. A later 19th-century projecting porch, constructed of stucco and featuring pilasters, has been added, along with a modern door. There is a slightly set-back one-storey addition to the right-hand side.
