Description
No. 166 on Dalston Lane is an early 18th-century, two-storey villa featuring three windows and a stuccoed exterior, with some alterations. It has a cornice band and a panelled parapet. The first floor has sash windows, with the middle one being blocked, all set within moulded architraves. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door with a fanlight, framed by an arched surround that includes impost blocks, vermiculate spandrels, a key block, and a cornice. This door is flanked by canted bay windows. The building is part of a group with Nos. 162 to 168, which share architectural significance.
