Description
Hallington House is a late 18th-century house, possibly with later alterations to the windows. It is constructed of brick, and is a narrow, three-story building with a hipped double roof. The symmetrical facade has five bays. A central doorway is topped by a wooden, bracketed porch and an overlight; the remains of a former segmental arched head are visible above this, as are similar arches over the windows. Tall, twelve-light sash windows are present, each with a plaid stuccoed head and a flat string course marking each floor. The upper floor only has three low sash windows.
