Brookside Farm is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of brick. It has a square plan with a hipped tiled roof and two end stacks. The building stands three storeys tall and features a symmetrical facade with three bays. The central doorway is adorned with a brick string course that creates a triangular pediment above it. The windows are 12-light sashes with splayed flat stone heads that have keystones, while the central windows are blind. The upper floor has plain casements, and there is a brick string course at each floor level.
