Description

This is a granite horse trough located north-west of number 1 Kings Avenue. It dates from around 1900 and is constructed from pinkish-grey granite. The north end features a gabled design with a small, semi-circular basin. The trough was erected by the Metropolitan Drinking Fountain and Cattle Trough Association.
