Description

This is an early to mid-19th century small villa, originally with three windows and a basement. The walls are painted brick with an incised stucco basement. The roof is low-pitched and slate, with deep eaves. The corners feature pilasters with stucco capitals. The windows have moulded architraves and vertical bars, with cornices and bracketed sills to the ground floor. A set of six steps leads to a four-panel door within a prostyle porch featuring square columns. A two-storey extension, incorporating a garage, is located to the lower left.
