  1. C19 early, stuccoed villa of 3 storeys and 3 windows, with alterations. Low pitched, hipped, slate roof with deep eaves soffit. Sash windows with glazing bars on 1st and 2nd floors, those on the right 2-light. Bands at 2nd floor level and at 1st floor cills. Plain reveals to 2nd floor windows; those on 1st floor have moulded architrave, frieze and cornice. Plain reveal to replaced, left hand, ground floor window. Right hand window a modern, canted bay. Projecting central porch with pilasters and cornice and round arched door with radial fanlight. Panelled reveals to inner door with reeded cornice head and patterned fanlight. Stuccoed plinth. AM.
