  1. Early C20, also of flint with random red and yellow bricks and stone dressings. Battlemented parapet over cornice, plinth of brick only. 2 storeys, 5 windows, which are 3-light, stone-mullioned, leaded casements, those on 1st floor under square hoodmoulds. An exception is 1st floor centre window, with tracery under a 4-centred arch. Central, projecting, battlemented stone porch on ground floor, has door under 4-centred arch with hoodmould. Cornice of porch is continuous with string above ground floor windows. Stepped, diagonal buttresses with stone quoins at angles of building; stone diagonal buttresses at angles of porch.

The Abbey Gate and St Alban's School buildings form a group.
