Detached villa. Mid C19. Stuccoed, with slate roof. Double depth. Two storeys, on stuccoed plinth. Plat band. Raised stuccoed quoins. Flat eaves soffits. Narrow central bay breaks back. Roofs of two outer bays hipped to front, hips returning. Stuccoed gable end stacks projecting with eaves soffits, and with corniced tops crowned with semi-circular motifs. Regular three-window front of one six-pane sash in moulded architrave with plain consoles to cills, to each outer bay, and one similar four-pane sash to centre. Moulded consoled cornices and consoled iron balcon ettes to ground-floor windows. Central panelled door with rectangular fanlight, in open stuccoed Doric porch with plain frieze and moulded cornice, surmounted by iron railings forming balcony under first-floor window.
