Description

A pair of semi-detached villas dating from the mid-19th century, located on Clifton Hill. The houses are constructed of stucco and have slate roofs that extend to the eaves. Each villa is two windows wide and has a basement level. Pilastered doorcases are located in the outer bays of each house. The windows are margin-glazed, sash windows with architraves, and the ground floor windows have pedimental cornices. Bracketed eaves are present. These houses are part of a remarkably complete surviving architectural scheme.
