Description

A pair of semi-detached villas dating from the mid-19th century, located on Clifton Hill. The houses are constructed of stucco and have slate roofs extending to the eaves. Each villa is two storeys high with a basement, and is two windows wide. Pilastered entrances are located within the outer bays, and the windows are square-headed, margin-glazed sash windows with pedimental cornices to the ground floor. Bracketed eaves are also present. The buildings form part of a notably complete surviving architectural scheme.
