Description
This listing describes a pair of semi-detached houses located at 22 and 24 Clifton Hill in Westminster. They were likely built around 1840 and are constructed of stucco, with slate roofs extending to the eaves. There are steps leading to the entrance, and projecting porches with pilasters in the outer bays. The houses have panelled doors and square-headed, architraved sash windows with cornices to the ground floor. The windows have plate glass, with margin glazing to the upper storey, and cast iron window guards are present on the ground floor.
