Description
Litchurch Lodge is a villa built around 1840 in the 'Gothick' style. It features engraved stucco and stands two storeys tall. The front of the building, which faces northwest, has a projecting bay on the left side with a canted bay that extends over both storeys. This bay has mostly blocked windows, with the central window featuring a rectangular hood mould, while the side windows have pointed arched heads and hood moulds. To the right of the bay are two similar windows, one of which has been altered and the other has three pointed arched lights. The doorway includes a plain semi-circular fanlight, a later door, and a tiled porch. The building has bold eaves, a coped gable on the right side, and a hipped roof covered with slates.
