Description
A pair of semi-detached houses dating to circa 1840, built of stucco with a slate hipped roof to eaves. Each house is framed by granite pilasters, with pilastered projecting entrances in the outer bays, featuring double panelled doors. The ground floor windows have pilastered architraves, while the inner bays have tripartite sashes with plate glass, some margin glazing. The upper windows are sashes. A dentil cornice features a rich vinescroll frieze to the eaves.
