Description
A pair of semi-detached villas, dating to around 1840, are located on the south side of Carlton Hill. The buildings are constructed of stucco with slate hipped roofs extending to the eaves. Each house has two windows across the facade, over a basement level. Projecting pilastered porches are present in the outer bays. The windows are sashes, with some margin glazing, set within square headed architraves. Pilasters flank the corniced ground floor windows, which are tripartite in design. Cast iron window guards are also present.
