Description

No. 7 is a detached villa dating to approximately 1840. The building is constructed of stucco and has a slate hipped roof extending to the eaves. It is two storeys high with a basement, and two windows wide. A projecting porch with pilasters is located on the left side. The windows are square-headed, have architraves, and are sash windows with some margin glazing. Pilasters are present on the tripartite ground floor window.
