Description

No. 77 Banbury Road is a villa built around 1840. It is constructed of stucco and features a band at the first-floor level. The building has two storeys and two windows, with the right-hand bay projecting. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and the right-hand bay includes tripartite sashes that have pilastered surrounds and a pediment at the eaves level. There is a doorway on the side that also has a pilastered surround and an eaves pediment. The villa has bracketed eaves and a hipped slate roof.
