Description
Nos 68 and 70 on Banbury Road are part of the Park Town development designed by S. L. Seckham in 1853. The buildings are three storeys high with a semi-basement and feature three windows. They are constructed of ashlar, with a balcony at the floor level and a string-course above the ground floor. The wide projecting eaves are complemented by a small central gable that has a round-headed window beneath it. The windows do not have glazing bars, and there are wide projecting hoods over the doorways. Nos 68 and 70, along with all the listed buildings in Park Town, form a cohesive group.
