Description

50 and 52 Devonshire Road are two houses built in the 1850s. They are constructed of stucco and topped with a slate roof. Each house has three storeys and a basement, with three bays. There is a lintel band at the basement level, sill bands, and a cornice at the top. The windows are fitted with architraves and are sashed with glazing bars; the ground floor windows also feature aprons. Both houses have enclosed paired porches with cornices. The architraves on No. 50 are simplified replacements.
