Description
This is a house located at 21 Fulwood Park, built around 1840. It is constructed of stucco and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and five bays, with the first two bays recessed. There is a sill course at the first floor level, along with a top frieze and cornice. The windows are adorned with architraves and feature sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor of the end bay has a projecting window that is topped with a consoled and bracketed hood.
The entrance is accessed through a porch that has a four-bay colonnade with antae, and the end bays are enclosed with windows; one end bay includes a pediment. There is a panelled parapet, with the entrance located on the return side, and two round-headed windows. Additionally, there is a blank one-storey extension attached to the second bay.
