Description
Beechville is a house built in the 1840s, constructed of stucco with a slate roof. It has two storeys and two bays, with the first bay projecting. The building features a sill course at the first floor level, a top frieze, and a deep cornice. On the ground floor, the first bay has a canted bay window complete with a cornice and balustrade, while the second bay contains a rectangular bay with a tripartite window, frieze, and cornice. The first floor has segmental headed tripartite windows that are adorned with angle pilasters and faceted keys. All windows are sashed and do not have glazing bars. The left return of the building includes a 20th-century entrance in the wing.
