House. 1860's. Stucco with slate roof. 2 storeys with attic, 3 bays. 1st floor sill band and top bracketed cornice. 1st bay canted bay window of 2 storeys. 1st floor windows. Some segmental headed with flat surrounds and iron balconies, sashed, other windows have casements. Central segmental-pointed entrance with lancet to right. Half-glazed door.
