House. 1860's. Stucco with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys and 3 bays. Ground floor has chancelled rustication, 1st floor sill and impost courses, deep boxed eaves on brackets. Ground floor has canted bays with entablatures and parapet with pierced guilloche panels, 1st floor round headed windows have archivolts, keystones and consoled pediments, the two outer ones segmental. All windows have casements . Central round-headed entrance has Ionic porch with segmental pediment parapet.
