Description
14 Holly Road is a house built in the 1840s. It has a stucco exterior and a slate roof, standing two storeys tall with an attic and featuring three bays. The end bay projects under a gable and is accented by rusticated quoins.
On the ground floor, there is a canted bay window on the left, which includes mullions, a transom, and casements. To the right, a projecting window has a similar design with mullions and a transom, along with four panels above that contain a shield and tracery. The first floor features a two-light window under the gable, which has a cusped head, a central mullion, and a wooden tympanum. A window above the porch is cut by it, while the window to the right mirrors the ground floor design, with canted angles and a three-light casement topped by a cornice. An attic window, which is a 20th-century addition, retains the original hood.
