No. 17 Lockerby Road is a house built in the 1840s. It features a stucco exterior and a hipped slate roof, standing two storeys high with an attic and three bays. The ground floor has channelled rustication and a cornice, with projecting windows that have angle pilasters, an entablature, and a pierced parapet. The windows are tripartite, featuring mullions and casements. The central projecting bay includes angle pilasters, a parapet, and a round-headed entrance with a keystone, framed by a Doric aedicule. On the first floor, the windows have eared architraves and sashes, with the central window adorned with a consoled segmental pediment.
