House. 1840's. Stucco with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys with attic and 3 bays. Channelled rustication to ground floor and cornice. Ground floor windows project, with angle pilasters, entablature and pierced parapet. Tripartite windows with mullions and casements. Central projecting bay has angle pilasters, parapet and round-headed entrance with keystone; Doric aedicule. 1st floor windows have eared architraves and sashes; that to centre has consoled segmental pediment. 2 attic windows, round-headed and breaking through the eaves, with bracketed hoods and panelled aprons.
