Description

University Hall, specifically the old portion, is a house that dates back to the 1840s and is now part of a larger University Hall. The building is constructed of stucco and features a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and has three bays, with the central bay projecting beneath a pediment. There is a flat band above the ground floor, topped by an entablature and a deep bracketed cornice. The windows are sashed with architraves and do not have glazing bars. The central entrance is marked by an applied distyle-in-antis Ionic colonnade and features a half-glazed door. There are extensions on both the left and right sides of the building.
