House, now part of larger University Hall. 1840's. Stucco with slate roof, 2 storeys and 3 bays; central bay projects under pediment. Flat band over ground floor and top entablature and deep bracketed cornice. Windows have architaves and are sashed, no glazing bars. Central entrance has applied distyle-in-antis Ionic colonnade; half- glazed door. Extensions to left and right.
