Description

No. 22 Lilley Road is a house built in the 1850s. It features a stucco exterior and a tiled roof, standing two storeys high with three bays. The building has a decorative band above the ground floor, a sill course at the first floor, and bracketed eaves, along with rusticated quoins. The first bay includes a canted bay window, while the other bays have architraves, friezes, and consoled cornices. The central window on the first floor is topped with a segmental pediment. All the windows are of the sash type. The right side of the house has a porch with a round-headed entrance, which connects it to No. 20 Lilley Road.
