House. 1850s. Stucco with tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Band over ground floor, 1st floor sill course, and bracketed eaves; rusticated quoins. 1st bay has canted bay window, others have architraves, friezes and consoled cornices, central 1st floor window with segmental pediment. All windows are sashed. Right return has porch with round-headed entrance connecting this item with No 20.
