Description
No. 7 Croxteth Road is a house built in the 1860s. It is constructed of stucco and features a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and consists of four bays, with the first bay being recessed and lower than the others. The ground floor is rusticated and has a cornice above it, along with a sill band and a top bracketed cornice on the first floor. The third bay is canted, while the end bay has a flat roof.
On the ground floor, there is a tripartite sash window in the first bay, a segmental-headed entrance in the second bay, three architraved windows in the third bay, and a round-headed window with a casement in the fourth bay. The remaining windows are sashed with glazing bars. The first floor features sash windows, with the first bay having a tripartite window and the third bay having architraved windows. Additionally, there are two round-headed entrances on the right return of the building.
