Description

Mitford Lodge is a house dating from the 1840s. It is constructed of stucco and has a hipped roof. The house is two storeys high and features two bays, with the first bay projecting forward. A deep cornice sits atop the entablature. The ground floor of the first bay has a canted bay window. The second bay’s window includes a panelled apron and frieze, and a consoled cornice. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance is located within a porch on the left return, and features a two-panel door.
