Description

Langdale and Holt House is a pair of houses built in the 1840s. They are constructed of stucco and feature a slate roof. Each house is two storeys high with a basement and consists of three bays, including a central bay with blind windows. The first floor has a sill band, a top frieze, and bracketed eaves, with end panelled pilasters. The windows are sashed and have label moulds; the windows flanking the first floor blind windows include glazing bars. There are two iron balconies on the first floor. The entrances are located in the return wings and have architraves. The entrance to No. 23 features a new entrance in the return, while No. 25 has a two-panel door.
