Description

Wensted Woodside is a pair of houses built in the 1840s, located on the north side of North Road in Grassendale Park. The houses are constructed of stucco and feature a slate roof. They are two storeys high with a basement and each house has three bays, including a central bay with a blind window. There is a sill band on the first floor, a top frieze, and bracketed eaves, along with end panelled pilasters. The windows have label moulds and are sashed without glazing bars. Each house has two iron balconies on the first floor. The entrances are located in the return, and the wings feature architraves. No. 20 has a six-panel door, while No. 22 has a two-panel door.
