Description

River Bank is a house built in the 1840s, constructed of stucco with a slate roof. It has two storeys and a basement, featuring four bays. The first two bays are recessed and lower than the others. There is a flat band above the ground floor and a top frieze. The second two bays have two-storey canted bay windows. The windows generally have casements, except for the ground floor of the canted bays, which have sash windows. The round-headed entrance on the right side has angle pilasters, an archivolt, a complete fanlight, and paired three-panel doors. The windows above the entrance are architraved and sash with glazing bars.
