Description

Fairholme and Scarletts are a pair of houses built in the 1840s. They are constructed of stucco and feature a slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high with an attic and consist of four bays. They have a top entablature and end angle pilasters. Each house has two-storey canted bays with ground floor sill courses, first floor dentilled sill bands, and top roll mouldings. The windows are sashed and do not have glazing bars. There are gabled porches on the returns, which are flanked by hipped bays. Notably, No. 15 includes a central first floor balcony on the return.
