Description

Nos. 24 and 26 on North Road are a pair of houses built in the 1840s. They are constructed from stucco and topped with a slate roof. Each house has two storeys and a basement, featuring three bays, with a central bay that has a blind window. There is a sill band on the first floor, along with a top frieze and bracketed eaves. The windows are sash type without glazing bars. Each house has two iron balconies on the first floor, and the entrances are located on the returns. The wings of the houses have architraves and two-panel doors.
