Description

No. 3 Fulwood Park is a house, now converted into flats, built around 1840. The building is stuccoed and has a slate roof, standing two storeys tall. It features five irregular bays, with the bays recessed; the second bay breaks forward and the fourth bay projects. There is a sill course at the first floor level, along with a top frieze and cornice. The windows are set in eared architraves and include paired and tripartite sashes without glazing bars. The first-floor windows have arcaded balconies. The second bay includes an attic window that was altered in the 20th century. The fourth bay has a Tuscan porch with a balcony above and an entrance framed with an eared architrave.
