Suburban house at end of row. Probably late C18, extended late C19. Rubble with granite dressings to ground floor, render on probable cob to 1st floor, steep asbestos slate roof, hipped to later wing on left; brick end stacks (3 stacks). Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; overall 4-window range with original symmetrical 3-window front, blind window over central doorway on its right. Late C19 four-pane horned sashes to original house; 2-storey bay window with horned sashes and moulded cornices to wing on the left; original 6-panel door. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest. Subsidiary features: granite-coped forecourt walls with central gateway with pair of round-headed granite monolith piers. C20 iron gate and railings. Included for group value.
