Description

No. 8 Glasney Terrace is a suburban house built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from local rubble with granite dressings and features a dry slate roof with a modillion eaves cornice. The house has two late 19th-century gabled roof dormers, rendered end stacks, and cast-iron ogee gutters. The building has a double-depth plan and is two storeys high, with a symmetrical three-window front. The windows are late 19th-century four-pane horned sashes. The central doorway is pilastered and topped with a triangular pediment, featuring a glazed and panelled door. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
