Description

No. 123 Meneage Street is a house in a terrace, likely originally the manse for a non-conformist chapel. It was built in the early to mid 19th century. The exterior is constructed of local rubble with granite dressings including lintels, and has a slurried scantle slate roof with shared brick end stacks and a cast-iron ogee gutter. The house has a double-depth plan and a symmetrical three-window front. It features original sixteen-pane hornless sash windows, and a central doorway with a 20th-century door and overlight. The interior has not been inspected.
