Description
No. 94 is a town house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, with its eaves heightened in the early 19th century. It is constructed of granite ashlar and features a plinth and a first-floor sill string. The first-floor lintels have flat arches with projecting keyblocks, except for a round arch over the central doorways. The house has cast-iron ogee gutters and is two storeys high with a symmetrical three-window front. The early 19th-century windows are twelve-pane hornless sashes, and there is a six-panel door with a Y-traceried fanlight. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest. At the rear left of the house, there are high rubble walls that return parallel to the rear, topped with scantle slate coping and red clay ridge tiles.
