Description
This is an early 19th-century cottage located at the end of a row in Meneage Street, Helston. The exterior is constructed of painted rubble with some stucco to the first floor. It has a grouted scantle slate roof and a brick stack to the right. The cottage follows a shallow double-depth plan, incorporating an integral rear outshut. It is two storeys high and has a single-window front. The windows are original 12-pane horizontal sliding sashes, with a wider 15-pane sash below. A partly-glazed ledged door is positioned on the left side. The interior has not been inspected, but appears likely to be largely unaltered, matching the exterior.
