Description
No. 3 Church Hill is a detached house built in the mid-19th century. It is constructed from local rubble with granite dressings and features an asbestos slate roof with brick end stacks. The house has an L-shaped plan, which includes a deep wing at the rear left. It stands two storeys high and has a three-window range. The windows are mid-19th century six-pane hornless sashes. The doorway is located under the right-hand window and consists of a six-panel door with a two-pane overlight above it. The left-hand return gable end has an original round-arched stair window with margin panes and a 12-pane hornless sash. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
