House. Circa early to mid C19. Stone rubble with a plinth and an asbestos slate roof hipped at ends. 2 stone stacks at the rear, 1 rendered. 2-room plan with central stair hall and smaller rooms behind in a 2-storey outshut. 2-storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with a central front door with a rectangular fanlight under a slightly cambered stone arch. Windows are 16-pane horned sashes under flat stone arches.
