Description

SW 98 SE ST ENDELLION DOLPHIN STREET, (south side), Port Isaac 9/47 No 32 - GV II House. Circa early to mid C19. Rendered and painted stone rubble. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends and brick ends stacks. Probably 1-room plan with entrance stair hall on right and 2-room plan on first floor. Built into steep slope with single storey elevation to rear. 2 storeys regular 2-window front with brick segmental arches to ground floor openings. C19 12-pane hornless sash to left and C20 part-glazed door to right. First floor with 2 C19 12-pane hornless sashes. Lean-to extension projects forward from front right. Interior not inspected.
