SW 98 SE ST ENDELLION DOLPHIN STREET, (south side), Port Isaac. 9/50 No 22 - GV II Terraced house. Circa mid C19. Stuccoed and rendered stone rubble with rag slate roof with gable ends and brick chimney stack on right-hand gable end. Plan; interior not inspected but probably of 2-room double depth plan, of one room width with entrance to right. 2 storeys regular single window front. Ground floor with C19 12-pane sash to left and C19 partly glazed door on right with margin glazing bars in partly reduced opening with segmental timber hood above. First floor with C19 16-pane hornless sash above entrance. Interior not accessible.
