Description
No. 22 Dolphin Street is a terraced house dating from around the mid-19th century. It is constructed from stuccoed and rendered stone rubble, topped with a rag slate roof featuring gable ends and a brick chimney stack on the right-hand gable end. The house likely has a two-room double depth plan, with one room width and an entrance on the right. The building has two storeys and a regular single window front. On the ground floor, there is a 12-pane sash window to the left and a partly glazed door on the right, which has margin glazing bars and is set in a partly reduced opening, topped with a segmental timber hood. The first floor features a 16-pane hornless sash window above the entrance. The interior has not been inspected.
