Description

No. 16 Borough Street is a terraced house dating from around 1830. It is constructed of stucco with a slate roof and has two storeys with a single window range. The flat-arched entrance features a cornice supported by consoles and an overlight with decorative glazing. There are segmental bays on both floors, each with two sashes divided by a broad central mullion, featuring 6/6 glazing that retains its original design. The house has deep boxed eaves and a stack located on the party wall. The interior has not been inspected.
