Description
No. 3 Borough Street is a terraced house built around 1830. The exterior features stucco that is scored to resemble ashlar, and it has a late 20th-century tiled roof. The building has two storeys above a basement and consists of a one-window range. To the right, there is a round-arched entrance with a cornice supported by consoles and a decorative fanlight. On both floors, there is a two-storey segmental bay with six-over-six sash windows of original design, positioned on either side of a central mullion. The house has deep boxed eaves and a rebuilt stack at the party wall. The interior has not been inspected.
