Description

No. 7 Dolphin Street is a house dating from around the mid-19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble, with the right-hand side wall partly rendered. The house has a slate roof featuring a left-hand gable end and a canted right-hand end, along with a brick chimney stack located on the front slope of the left-hand gable end.

The building has a two-room double depth plan with an entrance on the left-hand side and a canted front wall. It is two storeys high and has a regular two-window front, with brick dressings around the openings. On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century door to the left and a 20th-century cross window to the right. The first floor features two possibly 19th-century four-pane sash windows.

The interior has not been inspected. The house is included for its group value with other nearby structures.
